Dear Ammi,
I LOVE your site! I have read numerous pages and I wholeheartedly agree with your training philosophy. I discovered Bret C's glute obsession site, and I was pleased to discover that I wasn't the only one fascinated with that all important and most beautiful muscle. Now I've found your site and am so happy that some beautiful woman understands how glutes make the world better! Ha! Seriously, I teach a spin class and I cringe when I see overweight, under muscled men and women resisting strength and power for fear their butts will get too big... Please! Even most fat people have undersized glutes if you ask me! Anyway, I always get strange looks from folks at the gym, because I am a guy that works the back side so intensely! IMO, nothing exudes athleticism, health and sexuality like a nice, round, full butt on either a woman or a man... Anyway, thanks for sharing your expertise. We need it! Now, if you can only educate the fitness 'experts' that squats, deads, and lunges with squeezing are not the only or most efficient ways to build the glutes!
